Fulfills Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders by reviewing orders and pulling items;
Provides Member service by acknowledging the Member, identifying needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues and promoting products and services;
Maintains safety of Facility by following safety standards and procedures, including safety sweeps and appropriate handling of materials;
Ensures accuracy of orders and invoices, and secures items for Member pickup;
Collaborates with managers, coworkers, customers and business partners to meet priorities and deliver member experiences.
