Drive sales and loyalty by using clientele tools to build lasting relationships, promote new launches and events, and collaborate across the Beauty team to ensure customers discover the full range of products and services.;
Engage customers with warmth and expertise by acknowledging them promptly, assessing their preferences, demonstrating fragrances, and offering tailored product recommendations that enhance their experience.;
Maintain a polished and efficient environment through accurate merchandising, inventory upkeep, hygiene and compliance standards, and the effective use of point-of-sale and mobile selling technology;
Be comfortable communicating and collaborating with customers and colleagues;
Responsible for acquiring new customers by opening credit accounts and sharing loyalty benefits
