As an Automotive Sales Professional, you’ll create a professional, engaging, and customer-focused experience while building relationships and driving strong sales performance.

• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
• Use a consultative sales approach to match customers with the right vehicle
• Develop strong product knowledge across Toyota models, features, and technology
• Deliver professional and engaging vehicle presentations and demonstrations
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and generate referral business
• Confidently overcome objections and guide customers through the sales process
• Utilize dealership tools and technology to manage leads and customer follow-up
• Collaborate with Sales Management on goals, performance, and growth opportunities
• Maintain a professional, customer-first, and performance-driven mindset every day

• Prior automotive sales experience required
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented mindset
• Professional appearance and polished presentation
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
• Strong work ethic and commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience
• Ability to build trust and rapport with a wide variety of customers
• Desire to grow professionally and financially

• Flexible schedule, including weekends
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
