Provide customer service to students, faculty, staff, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following campus protocols.;
Conduct regular and random patrols of educational facilities, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter areas to deter unauthorized activity.;
Monitor access points and report unusual activity, maintenance issues, and policy violations to the appropriate personnel.;
Prepare clear, accurate incident and activity reports and communicate information to leadership and site contacts.
