On-Site Warehouse Supervisor

Pay: $22.00 - $23.00 per hour

Job Center is seeking a dedicated On-Site Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily operations and team members at warehouse facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, attendance, and maintaining a safe working environment. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to handle various tasks related to warehouse job duties, shipping and receiving, picking/packing, and materials handling.

Responsibilities On-Site Warehouse Supervisor

• Supervise daily operations within the temp labor employees to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• Work on warehouse floor to interact with employees and client supervisors and leadership team.
• Coordinate with team members to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate warehouse staff to enhance performance and productivity.
• Complete attendance duties daily by filling out attendance report and following up on "no shows".
• Check in new associates on 1st day of starts.

Required Skills Of On-Site Warehouse Supervisor:

• Proven experience in warehouse leadership or related field.
• Familiarity with shipping and receiving processes in a distribution center environment.
• Experience in materials handling, ensuring proper storage and organization of products.
• Proficient in using e-commerce systems for order processing is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead a diverse team effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Detail Oriented and ability to resolve conflicts is necessary.
