Role Description

Matt Mitchell – State Farm Agent is looking for a dynamic individual to join as a Receptionist – State Farm Agent Team Member. Our ideal candidate is highly organized, detail‑oriented, and committed to contributing to a positive and productive workplace. If you thrive in a supportive role and are eager to learn and grow within the insurance industry, we invite you to become a valued member of our team.

Responsibilities
  • Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
  • Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
  • Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
  • Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers’ needs.
  • Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
