• Keep safety at the forefront and hit all KPI goals
• Make sure packaging schedules and OEE targets are met
• Reduce overtime and drive efficiency across every line
• Maintain line standards for labor, speed, and quality
• Use lean manufacturing tools to boost performance
• Manage waste goals and maintain equipment readiness
• Develop a strong, motivated team with clear growth paths
• Partner with safety, quality, engineering, warehouse, and more to keep operations running smoothly

• Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, or engineering
• 3+ years in high‑speed production or packaging (liquid, dry, or powder)
• Strong lean manufacturing experience with measurable results
• Proven leadership skills with experience developing teams
• Ability to lead process improvements and manage multiple shifts
• Strong communication, strategic thinking, and data analysis abilities
• Comfortable making fact‑based decisions and challenging the status quo
• Ability to juggle multiple projects without losing momentum

You’ll spend time in both office and plant areas with exposure to noise, machinery, temperature changes, and standard PPE requirements.
