Seasonal - People Support Bilingual Resource
Position Summary:
This temporary role supports seasonal hourly factory personnel at the Morton, IL facility. The role requires a bilingual individual capable of translating and communicating between management, Human Resources, and the seasonal workforce. The candidate will serve as a translator and liaison for English-Spanish communications, providing administrative support.
Hourly Pay: $20.00-$22.00 (pay range may vary based on experience and location).
Primary Responsibilities- Provide English-Spanish translation for daily communications between management and seasonal employees.
- Answer phone calls, maintain department files, manage incoming and outgoing mail.
- Track activity and follow up on announcements, communications, and reports.
- Serve as first point of contact for employees, answering questions and providing guidance.
- Escalate requests and track activities per defined interoffice process.
- Work a seasonal 3-4 month shift, typically on night shift.
- Assist with other projects and duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or GED required; 2+ years of work experience preferred.
- Fluent in Spanish; capable of translating between Spanish and English.
- Detail-oriented, able to keep simple records in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient with basic office equipment (copier, scanner, fax) and computer skills (Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, Word).
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Proactive, resourceful, self-starter with initiative.
- Ability to handle confidential information per Company Policy.
- Can work under pressure and handle changing priorities.
