Lifecycle Specialist – Responsible for developing and maintaining optimal processes for the aftermarket parts portfolio managed solutions that support actions within the Supply Chain, Purchasing, Inventory, Compliance, and Dealer Collaboration processes and rules, as well as facility supply chain goals and objectives.

Additional Information- Location:
Morton, IL – no relocation offered. - Shift: 1st shift, Monday – Friday.
- Schedule:
100% on-site – no hybrid or remote options. - Travel: up to 10% domestic.
- Identify, define, and implement integrated solutions and performance improvements, building internal and external alliances.
- Establish effective linkages, partnerships, and best practices with business partners and internal functions.
- Investigate and incorporate industry benchmarks, metrics, and best practices to develop optimal processes for suppliers and products.
- Develop and analyze data to identify and prioritize opportunities for improving performance and creating cost‑effective solutions.
- Support PLS leadership as needed for senior and executive reporting.
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher.
- Data gathering and analysis skills – ability to collect and synthesize data from diverse stakeholders objectively.
- Problem‑solving skills – knowledge of approaches and tools for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving operational or process problems.
- Process improvement understanding – ability to evaluate current product quality and production methods and focus on continuous improvement.
- Service excellence – knowledge of customer service concepts and ability to meet or exceed expectations.
- Standard operating procedures knowledge – ability to design, implement, and evaluate SOPs to increase operational efficiency.
- Experience and knowledge of project management and process improvements.
- Prior experience reviewing and analyzing business data and providing resolutions.
- Thorough understanding of aftermarket part policies and procedures.
- Understanding of part supply systems or technology solutions.
- Experience in compliance, inventory, dealer support, or supply chain.
- Cross‑functional project experience working with all levels of the enterprise.
- Working knowledge of Power Apps, automation techniques, or related technologies.
