$15–$17/hour + Commission

Are you outgoing, energetic, and great with people? Sparkle Express Car Wash is looking for Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) who are ready to create great customer experiences, work with an awesome team, and earn additional income through commission.

If you enjoy talking to people, have a positive attitude, and aren't afraid to get out there and make things happen, you could be a great fit  car wash experience? No problem. We'll train you.

What You'll Do:

As a CSR, you'll:

• Greet customers with a smile and create a welcoming first impression.
• Help customers choose the wash package that's right for them.
• Educate guests about Sparkle's wash packages, products, and membership program.
• Promote memberships and upgrades and earn commission on successful sign-ups.
• Deliver friendly, fast, and professional customer service.
• Help keep the site clean, organized, and running smoothly.
• Work closely with your team to create a great experience for every customer.

What We're Looking For:

You don't need years of experience. We're looking for someone who is:

• Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable talking to people.
• Energetic, confident, and positive.
• Motivated by goals and earning opportunities.
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
• Team-oriented and willing to help wherever needed.
• Comfortable working outdoors and being on your feet.
• Open to learning and receiving coaching.
• Customer service or sales experience is a plus, but not required.
