** Product Support and Logistics Division (PSLD)

As a
** Business Intelligence Analyst,
** you will work with business partners and technical teams to identify, document, and prioritize business requirements. You will support the development, testing, and implementation of reporting solutions, system enhancements, and business intelligence tools while gathering user feedback and driving continuous improvement that enhance operational efficiency and decision-making.

* What You Will Do:

*** Support the development, testing, and delivery of business intelligence solutions, tools, and services.
* Gather and document business requirements, create functional requirement documents, perform validation testing, and support successful implementations.
* Serve as a subject matter expert and data/reporting owner for key business processes, responding to inquiries from dealers and internal stakeholders.
* Support daily production processes across multiple business and technical platforms.
* Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions.
* Troubleshoot complex system and data issues, identify root causes, and implement high-quality solutions.
* Lead or contribute to medium- and large-scale projects, collaborating with cross-functional business and IT teams.
** What You Have (Basic Requirements):****•
**** Education Requirement:
** Bachelor’s degree*

** Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.
