** at Caterpillar, you will be responsible for claims customer service for Europe, Africa, Middle East, Eurasia (EAME) and Asia Pacific (APD) regions.

* What You Will Do:

*** Investigate and Process Claims
* Manage multiple shared group inboxes
* Collaborate with other work groups to ensure record accuracy
* Process claims disputes
* Provide accurate claims reporting
** What You Have (Required Skills):**
* ** Accuracy and Attention to Detail**:
Understanding the necessity and value of accuracy; ability to complete tasks with high levels of precision.
* ** Data Gathering & Analysis**:
Knowledge of data gathering and analysis tools, techniques, and processes; ability to collect and synthesize data from a variety of stakeholders and sources in an objective manner to reach a conclusion, goal, or judgment.
* ** Problem Solving**:
Knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process problems; ability to apply knowledge of problem solving appropriately to diverse situations.
** What Will Put You Ahead (Preferred Skills):
*** Must be technically oriented with some exposure to SAP
* Must have demonstrated ability to communicate with a diverse audience
* Excellent PC skills (Microsoft Word and Excel or equivalent)
* Good analytical, communications (oral and written) and interpersonal skills as well as a self-starter with the ability to function well in a team environment
