As a Lifecycle Specialist in the Product Support and Logistics Division, you will develop and maintain optimal processes for after‑market parts portfolio solutions across Supply Chain, Purchasing, Inventory, Compliance, Dealer Collaboration and facility supply chain goals. The role supports PSLD’s mission of Aftermarket Parts Distribution, Integrated Logistics and Global Services, leveraging digital capabilities and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Identify, define, and implement integrated solutions and performance improvements, including building internal and external alliances to explore opportunities.
- Establish effective linkages and best practices with business partners and internal functions.
- Investigate and incorporate industry benchmarks, metrics, and best practices to develop optimal processes for suppliers and/or products.
- Develop and analyze data to identify and prioritize opportunities for performance improvement and cost‑effective solutions.
- Support PLS leadership in senior and executive leader reporting as needed.
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher.
- Data Gathering & Analysis:
Knowledge of data gathering and analysis tools, techniques, and processes; ability to collect and synthesize data from a variety of stakeholders and sources objectively. - Problem Solving:
Knowledge of approaches, tools, and techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational, or process problems; ability to apply knowledge appropriately. - Process Improvement:
Understanding of evaluating current product quality and production methods; focus on continuous improvement of processes, products, and services. - Service Excellence:
Knowledge of customer service concepts and techniques; ability to meet or exceed customer needs and expectations. - Standard Operating Procedures:
Knowledge of established SOPs; ability to design, implement, and evaluate SOPs affecting daily and strategic operations to increase efficiency. - Location:
Morton, IL (no relocation, 1st shift Monday‑Friday, 100% on‑site, up to 10% domestic travel).
- Experience with project management and process improvements.
- Previous experience reviewing and analyzing business data and providing resolutions.
- Understanding of aftermarket part policies and procedures.
- Knowledge of part supply systems and technology solutions.
- Experience in Compliance, Inventory, Dealer Support, or Supply Chain.
- Cross‑functional project experience working with all levels of the enterprise.
- Working knowledge of Power Apps, automation techniques, etc.
