Peoria - Lawn Care Regional Manager

Naturescape is seeking to hire a Regional Manager in Peoria, IL to lead multiple branches to continued growth and success. The role provides a long‑term career in lawn and landscape care with a stable, family‑owned business.

As a Regional Manager, your focus encompasses multiple branches, ensuring each operates successfully. You will regularly visit branches and guide branch managers, helping maximize employee productivity and job satisfaction. Your responsibilities include observing performance, identifying improvement opportunities, and implementing solutions—both personally and by training branch managers.

You will also support all branch staff, including auditing specialists, providing assistance to administrative assistants, and ensuring a positive work environment across the region.

• Valid driver’s license and good driving record
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Motivated with a desire to learn
• Previous management, supervisory, or leadership experience
