We’re looking for an experienced 2nd shift Machinist who has completed a CNC Machining Program. You will have the opportunity to work with an inspiring team of experienced Machinists and Engineers.

Morton, IL. This position is 100% onsite.

• Performs minor set‑ups and operates EDM machines and related equipment where programs, fixtures, and methods have already been developed.
• Makes all edits and adjustments as required to produce parts to work order / blue‑print specifications and sketches.
• Demonstrates a working knowledge of feeds and speeds and of cutting tools and their application.
• Inspects work for all dimensional features as required.
• Produces quality and quantity of work in accordance with company requirements.
• Responsible for accurately completing paperwork relating to counts, scrap, time, etc. according to company policy.
• Performs duties exercising good machining practices at all times.
• Maintains area, equipment, and tooling in a neat, orderly condition, including operator maintenance sheets.
• Maintains coolant tanks and fills as necessary.

• High School Diploma or equivalent certification required.
• 2–4 years or more of machining background and/or experience in a machine shop.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a full‑time basis without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must be able to perform work subject to ITAR/EAR regulations.

• Able to understand and interpret blueprints and sketches.
• Must have demonstrated mechanical ability.
• Must have a minimum of one year of experience as a CNC operator.
• Experience on Charmilles and Mitsubishi wire EDM a plus.
• Troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

• Requires mobility in a manufacturing plant environment while using personal protective equipment.
• Must be able to frequently sit, stand, and walk.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 40 pounds.
