Production Associate – Raw Production

As a Production Associate, you'll help prepare raw ingredients and keep production moving safely and efficiently throughout the shift.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Preparing raw ingredients for production
• Moving pallets, ingredient carts, and product throughout the department
• Operating and working safely around production equipment
• Assisting with material handling and product flow
• Following production procedures and work instructions
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and food-safe work environment
• Supporting teammates to meet daily production goals
• Following all food safety, quality, and workplace safety standards
• Participating in our Safety & Quality Excellence (SQE) Program

We're looking for individuals who are:

• Reliable with strong attendance
• Team-oriented and willing to help wherever needed
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Able to follow instructions and pay close attention to detail
• Positive, dependable, and safety-focused
• Comfortable performing physically active work throughout the shift

This is an active position that requires:

• Standing for 8+ hour shifts
• Frequent bending, lifting, reaching, and repetitive movement
• Lifting up to 50 pounds regularly (up to 75 pounds with assistance when required)
• Pushing and pulling loaded pallets and product carts
• Working in refrigerated, cold, and wet production environments
