Ace Hardware -  - Responsibilities:
Leader on Duty:
Open and/or close the store as per schedule, and confidently take charge as the "Manager on Duty" when management staff is unavailable.;
Store Operations:
Direct the store team, follow company policies and procedures, manage merchandise receiving, handle cash register transactions, reconcile daily cash, and maintain inventory control.;
Issue Resolution:
Address and report any employee, customer, or product issues that arise during your shift.;
Safety Champion:
Enforce safety policies and procedures, leading by example to create a safe and secure environment.
