Bob Grimm Chevrolet in Morton is looking for a positive, motivated and detail oriented individual to join our sales team. We are experiencing growth in both new and used sales and feel it's time to meet that demand with an additional team member.

Sales Consultant Responsibilities:
  • Communicate with guests in a professional and proactive manner while building rapport and guiding them through the purchase process
  • Complete GM required training and understand our new Chevrolet vehicle so you can demonstrate the features and benefits
  • Efficiently and effectively respond to incoming phone calls, emails and texts
  • Communicate directly with the Sales Managers and Business Office so that customers can have an excellent experience
  • Work with the Business Development Center to effectively respond to leads in a timely manner
  • Follow up with customers during the sales process and after the sale with the goal of 100% customer satisfaction
Sales Consultant Requirements:
  • Fast, eager learner and team player
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Computer skills and willingness to learn new systems
  • Clean driving record & valid driver's license

Sales Consultant Compensation and Benefits:
  • Competitive Pay - Base hourly wage plus bonus based on volume
