• Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, and repairs on industrial processing equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues to minimize downtime
• Diagnose and repair pumps, motors, conveyors, belts, pulleys, and other production equipment
• Perform electrical maintenance on industrial systems, including 240V-480V and three-phase equipment
• Replace worn, damaged, or defective machine components
• Support equipment installations, upgrades, and improvement projects
• Collaborate with maintenance team members to resolve complex equipment failures
• Complete maintenance documentation and work orders accurately
• Assist with facility maintenance, including plumbing, painting, carpentry, and general building repairs
• Follow all safety procedures and maintenance best practices

• Previous industrial maintenance experience preferred
• Experience troubleshooting and repairing mechanical equipment
• Knowledge of pumps, motors, conveyors, belts, bearings, and other industrial systems
• Experience working with electrical systems, including three-phase motors and 240V-480V equipment
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read and interpret maintenance manuals, schematics, and technical documentation
• Commitment to workplace safety and quality workmanship

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Morton, IL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.92 - $29.12/hr.
