We are looking for a dynamic, organized self-starter to join our Product Support and Logistics Division as a Manager Logistics Operations in Morton, IL.

Job Summary:

As the Manager Logistics Operations
, you will manage the day-to-day operations of a multi-shift inbound processing center.

  • Location: Morton, IL (United States)
  • Work Schedule: Monday – Friday (7:00 AM – 3:00 PM CT)
  • Required Travel: Up to 5% (Domestic)

What You Will Do
  • Managing staffing, development, and performance management programs for operations staff; managing, motivating, and developing management team.
  • Overseeing operations activities, ensuring that safety, and schedules and performance requirements are met and system resources are used effectively.
  • Driving improvements for overall operations performance and implementing safety, cost, and quality control mechanisms.
  • Inspires continuous improvement of logistics processes through process improvement, prioritization, and project planning.
