Responsibilities
- Execute the DMP program: act as the sole team member to process requests from manufacturing facilities to divert their ocean containers for pickup at a port, avoiding rail movement for expedited delivery. Tasks include creation and follow-through of Blue Yonder shipments for drayage and truckload, constant communication with the MFG facility about status updates, working with ocean carriers to amend bills of lading, and collaborating with Trade Operations to prioritize customs clearance.
- Create and manage all import breakbulk parts shipments through Blue Yonder. Work with receiving facilities on delivery appointments, ports for crane appointments, maintain continuous communication with open equipment providers, and ensure loads are covered through contracted rates or spot quotes.
- Carrier Analyst: contact drayage providers on all drayage shipments in the import network regarding dwell.
$25.00 - $26.00 / hour
Education & Experience Required- Minimum 2 years of experience with Excel using formulas and formatting; international transportation experience is a bonus.
- High school diploma required.
- Expertise in Excel functions such as running queries, formatting spreadsheets, and utilizing formulas.
- Advanced attention to detail – following a standard work process with approximately 100 steps.
- Willingness to learn and grow – cross‑train across various roles and tasks for personal development.

The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is $25.00 - $26.00 per hour. Non‑exempt positions are eligible for overtime at 1.5 times the base hourly rate for hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offers are determined by relevant skills, education, and experience.
