Operate a residential collection truck on specified routes (side-load and/or rear-load) to collect solid waste and/or recyclables;
Load waste/recyclables into the vehicle and operate the compaction equipment;
Complete pre-trip and post-trip safety inspections and documentation;
Maintain route quality and communicate any vehicle or route issues to supervisor;
Manage assigned helper(s) if applicable and ensure safety standards are followed
