Your RoleWe are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team. The Forklift Operator is responsible for operating forklifts and other material handling equipment to load, unload, move, and store products within the warehouse.
Your Impact- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment to move, stack, load, and unload materials
- Transport goods within the warehouse to/from storage, staging, or various work areas
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report mechanical issues or safety concerns
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment according to company standards
- Assist with general warehouse duties as needed including order fulfillment, cycle counts, and housekeeping tasks
- Follow all company safety guidelines, OSHA standards, and warehouse procedures
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of warehouse, distribution, logistics, or material handling experience preferred
- Ability to operate equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts
- Must be able to obtain forklift operator certification within first 29 days
This position will pay within the range of $37,440-$45,760, based on experience.
Your WorkplaceYou will work onsite at our Morton facility to team up with your wonderful AGCO PTx colleagues.
This position is based in a warehouse/distribution environment where temperature may vary. This role is fast-paced and physically active, requiring regular lifting, bending, pushing and pulling, as well as standing and walking for extended periods. Team members must be comfortable working around warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks while following all safety procedures. Some overtime, weekend, or holiday hours may be required based on business needs.
