Precision Planting is seeking a highly motivated individual to join the Inventory team. This is a crucial role that will be responsible for completing cycle counts, doing aisle audits, and helping with inventory discrepancies and reconciliations to ensure overall inventory accuracy.
Your Impact
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels within the warehouse management system
- Perform regular audits to ensure parts are in the location and zone where they are needed
- Assist with physical inventory audits
- Research and resolve inventory discrepancies, shortages, and overages
- Ensure inventory transactions are properly documented and entered
- Coordinate with warehouse and production teams to support inventory accuracy
- Support shipping activities as needed
Your Experience and Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2+ year of warehouse, distribution, logistics, or material handling experience preferred
- Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Scale preferred
Your Compensation
This position will pay within the range of $18-$22/hr, based on experience.

Your Workplace
You will work onsite at our Morton facility to team up with your wonderful AGCO PTx colleagues.
This position is based in a warehouse/distribution environment where temperature may very. This role is fast‑paced and physically active, requiring regular lifting, bending, pushing and pulling, as well as standing and walking for extended periods. Team members must be comfortable working around warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks while following all safety procedures. Some overtime, weekend, or holiday hours may be required based on business needs.
