Material Handler, Forklift Operator, Warehouse Associate
Order Filler II is responsible for picking orders to carts/pallets in accordance with customer specifications while maintaining quality, accuracy and speed. Comfort at 20 feet of elevation is needed as daily tasks also include movement of material through the warehouse with the use of a sit‑down forklift and/or order picker as well as an overhead crane. Entry of material into the computer (via handheld scanners) for tracking along with email will require some basic computer knowledge.
The Order Filler II will maintain a safe and clean work area by ensuring they clean their area as needed.
Job Duties
- Move material to various locations within the warehouse.
- Ensure proper material handling to meet quality standards.
- Enter material into the computer.
- Utilize overhead crane operation.
- Operate (become certified for) a counter‑balance forklift and order picker.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Some college/technical school or experience in a third‑party logistics environment preferred.
- Previous experience using material handling equipment preferred.

- Stand, walk, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, talk and hear, climb or balance, stoop, kneel or crouch.
- Required to stand for extended periods of time.
- Occasionally required to sit.
- Lift heavy objects up to 35 pounds on a regular basis.
- Complete repetitive tasks with few breaks.
- Hearing protection is required.
- Vision requirements include close vision (clear vision at 20 inches or less), distant vision (clear vision at 20 feet or more), peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to focus.
- Manual dexterity sufficient to reach and handle items.
Location: 1601 N Main St. Morton, IL
Shift: 1st Shift 7:00AM - 3:30PM
Pay Range: $16 - $18 / hour
