• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, including general ledger accounting, financial statement preparation, and reconciliations.
• Proficiency with accounting and tax software, as well as intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel and other office productivity tools.
• Attention to detail, accuracy in data entry and analysis, and the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with clients and team members.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive financial information.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field; progress toward CPA licensure is preferred.
• Relevant internship or professional experience in public accounting or a similar environment is beneficial.
