We’re hiring a full‑time, in‑office Bookkeeper/Office Manager to be the steady operational center of our busy service office, supporting phones, scheduling flow, paperwork, and the “hands‑on” office tasks that keep our field team moving.
Important note based on our workflow:
We are restructuring this position to work alongside a remote bookkeeper for month‑end close and higher‑level accounting work. This in‑office role does not need to own the month‑end close, but it does need to be highly organized, dependable, customer‑friendly, and comfortable handling day‑to‑day office operations and finance support tasks.

- Serve as backup for incoming phone calls and customer scheduling support
- Help coordinate appointments and support smooth dispatch flow (as needed)
- Maintain a professional, 5‑star customer experience in every interaction
- Organize digital and physical files, documentation, and office systems
- Support leadership with meeting notes, action items, and follow‑ups
- Assist with HR/admin paperwork, onboarding, and internal documentation
- Manage vendor accounts, supplies, and office purchasing
- Manage and route incoming bills, invoices, and financial paperwork for processing
- Support accounts payable and receivable tasks (as assigned)
- Assist with payroll prep support and time/technician hours tracking
- Support job costing data collection (gathering, organizing, and submitting to the remote bookkeeper)
- Help maintain compliance documentation (Idaho/Washington as applicable), including contractor/license‑related paperwork support
- Coordinate clean handoffs to the remote bookkeeper (scans, uploads, coding notes, documentation)
- Help improve and maintain written procedures, so work is consistent and easy to follow
- Keep systems organized so leadership always has visibility and confidence
- 2 or more years of experience in office management, admin operations, bookkeeping support, or similar
- Skilled in handling phones, customers, vendors, and internal coordination
- Detail‑oriented with strong follow‑through and organization
- Proficiency with Quick Books (or ability to learn quickly) and basic Excel/Sheets
- Ability to work full‑time during our office hours of 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM in the office in Moscow,
- Must pass a background check and drug test upon conditional offer
- Preferred: experience in a service business, trades, or construction environment
- Full‑time, W‑2 employment

: $17 – $22 per hour, based on experience - Medical benefits (including dental & vision)
