The Support & Onboarding Specialist is a hybrid role divided between Customer Support and Customer Onboarding. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will monitor and solve problems for existing customers in the customer chatbox. As an Onboarding Specialist, you will conduct demos with leads and new stores and help them transfer their data from their previous system into Consign Cloud.
Responsibilities- Responding promptly and helpfully to customer messages through our live chat platform (Intercom)
- Conducting demos and onboarding meetings with new clients
- Working with our Development Team to import existing data from other platforms into Consign Cloud
- Drafting Help Center articles and support You Tube videos
- Ability to work confidently within a complex software platform
- Strong communication skills with both customers and internal team members
- A natural tendency to learn and continually improve (doesn't make the same mistake twice)
