Hub Coordinator

The Regional Hub Coordinator (HC) is a key leader in advancing the Idaho STEM Ecosystem (EcosySTEM) responsible for driving regional strategy, shaping cross-sector collaboration, and leading initiatives that significantly expand access to high-quality STEM education and career-connected learning.

As the lead STEM liaison in their region, the HC serves as both strategist and convener, ensuring local efforts contribute meaningfully to a cohesive and results-driven statewide organization. This role exercises a high degree of independence and strategic decision-making, reporting directly to the EcosySTEM Program Director and working closely with other Hub Coordinators, regional leadership committees, and state leadership to co-design and implement statewide goals.
