ELEMENTARY TEACHER - 1.0 FTE. Grade level to be determined by final registration. Starting date August 19, 2026. New to the District certified staff will have one additional paid day of training on August 18, 2026.

Teacher's Salary Schedule is available on the District website.
To provide instruction in curricular areas for elementary age students with a focus on Idaho Content Standards in reading, math, and language arts. Perform duties as assigned by the policies of the Board of Trustees, the Superintendent, and the Principal.
Required QualificationsMust hold or meet minimum requirements for an Idaho Standard Instructional Certificate endorsed for All Subjects K‑8, or Blended Early Childhood/Early Childhood Special Education (Birth - Grade
3), or Blended Elementary Education/Elementary Special Education (Grades 4‑6), as determined by grade level assignment and required by State Law and the State Board of Education. A contract will not be issued until this credential is on file with the Moscow School District.
Previous successful experience at the respective grade level.

Employment Conditions- Required to complete and sign Section 1 of the Employment Eligibility Verification Form (I-9) and present identification for review and verification in accordance with the Department of Homeland Security no later than the first day of employment.
- Required to undergo a criminal investigation check at the candidate’s expense (nonrefundable).
- Offer of employment is considered conditional pending the District’s review of previous work history, clearance of the background investigation check through law enforcement agencies and the Idaho State Department of Education, and official action by the Board of Trustees.
- Non‑contract positions are at‑will and can be terminated at any time, for any reason, by either the employee or the employer.
