Assistant Director, Student & Early Alumni Engagement

This position leads engagement initiatives across the student-to-alumni transition, with a focus on career connection, identity development and long-term community building. The Assistant Director works collaboratively with Alumni Relations colleagues, campus partners and other stakeholders to deliver a cohesive, coordinated and meaningful constituent experience.

Duties will include:

* Design and implement initiatives and programming to drive student and young alumni engagement

* Develop and support career-focused engagement opportunities

* Cultivate and maintain relationships with campus partners, faculty, student organizations and alumni volunteers

* Analyze engagement data and feedback

* Attend university and community events

* Supervise staff

* Perform other duties as assigned
