SUBSTITUTE TEACHERS employed by the Moscow School District are paid $120.00/full day.
- Hold a valid teacher certificate granted from any state in the United States (preferred).
- Hold a bachelor's degree or higher (emergency certified substitute).
- Be a university student in their 3rd year or higher.
NON-CERTIFIED SUBSTITUTES (for aides, instructional assistant paraprofessionals, food service workers, clerical staff, custodians, etc.) are paid an hourly rate based on the position they are substituting for.
ALL SUBSTITUTES - the following are required:
- A current background investigation check is required at the substitute's expense, payable by bankcard (preferred), cash or check. Fingerprints for the background check are taken in the Human Resource Office, 650 N. Cleveland, Moscow, .
Applicants will complete a US Government W-4 and I-9 form, an Employee Internet Responsible Use Contract m, and a Drug Free Workplace Policy Certification form. Applicants must provide acceptable identification for employment eligibility verification per I.N.S. requirements (i.e. driver license, Social Security card, certified birth certificate, passport, or other identification as listed on the I-9 form) at the time of application.
Direct Deposit information is required at the time of application.
