Location:
West Region (AK, WA, OR, CA, , UT, CO, NV, AZ, NM, MT). This role requires up to 50% travel within the region.
- Diagnose, resolve, and report technical problems with network, software, and hosted systems, leveraging remote connectivity.
- Collaborate with other experts to develop and share solutions, maintaining expertise on products, tools, and gateways.
- Coach field technicians on company systems, service offerings, and provide technical sales assistance, support, and product demonstrations.
- Stay current with building technology documentation and communicate updates to field teams and sales executives.
- Provide a comprehensive monthly report to management detailing all activities performed, including sales support, technical and application support, training, and mentoring.
- High school diploma or state‑recognized GED.
- 3+ years of on‑job experience installing or servicing building automation control systems.
- Demonstrated understanding of large standard job designs and the role of tools and products.
- Knowledge of industry engineering fundamentals and business operations.
- Experience with Microsoft Office and engineering software applications.
- Travel up to 50%.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States permanently without sponsorship.
- Must be 21 years old, possess a valid driver’s license with limited violations, and meet eligibility for the company fleet vehicle program.
- Associate or bachelor’s degree.
- Additional 3+ years of experience with building automation control systems.
- Certifications such as Microsoft, Cisco, EIT, ASHRE, NICET, or CISSP.
- Proficiency in Bluebeam Revu 2017 or Adobe Acrobat Pro.
- Experience with building automation protocols: BACnet/IP, BACnet MS/TP, BACnet/SC, Modbus TCP, Modbus RTU, OPC UA, OPC DA.
- Experience with Windows Server installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Experience using Wireshark or similar packet capture tools for network diagnostics.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and database fundamentals.

- Pay range of $76,898 – $131,825 annually with a target incentive of 5% of base salary.
