Strategic Events Manager

The Strategic Events Manager oversees the organization, management and event support for all university events.

Duties will include:

* Project management of executive-level university events

* Maintain operating budgets

* Sourcing and managing external suppliers and vendors

* Serve as communication, marketing and guest services specialist for events

* Manage and analyze event data

* Managing, coordinating and facilitating unified communications for events

* Serve as an expert resource for the campus event registration system

* Coordinate and collaborate with internal and external staff, faculty and volunteers Collaborating with internal departments

* Other duties as assigned
