Moscow Branch – 222 Troy Rd, Moscow, , USA

Join a team that prioritizes client experience. This role focuses on building strong relationships while serving as a point-of-sale expert for deposit and lending products. You will engage in individual and team sales strategies, receive comprehensive training on Washington Trust Bank’s products, and develop service and regulatory knowledge to support both internal and external clients.

Schedule
:
Monday–Thursday 8:15 am to 5:15 pm, Friday 8:15 am to 6:15 pm. Schedule may vary; flexibility and reliable attendance are required.

Essential Functions
  • Client Relationships and Service:
    Establish and maintain effective relationships with clients, delivering accurate and timely service and information to earn trust and respect.
  • Product Knowledge and Selling:
    Maintain current knowledge of Retail Banking products, identify client needs, and introduce cross-sell opportunities. Open branch-related products accurately.
  • Sales and Marketing:
    Engage with clients in person and over the phone, prepare for client calls, generate leads, and participate in call plans to increase market penetration and client usage of bank services. Use need-based selling to match products with client goals and report results.
  • Additional Responsibilities:
    Perform transactions, new account and lending duties to serve client needs; contribute to branch and team goals; participate in community activities for business development; set proactive client contact standards; monitor risks and escalate as appropriate.
  • Administrative:
    Comply with all bank policies, participate in branch audits, maintain knowledge of compliance and regulatory issues, and perform risk management duties as required. Regular attendance is required.
Qualifications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills with clients, colleagues, and management.
  • Ability to listen and ask appropriate questions to best serve the client.
  • Flexible and adaptable to change; strong multitasking and attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with logical, solution-focused thinking.
  • PC-based technical skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and commonly used applications; ability to maintain the security and confidentiality of bank and client information.
  • May be required to obtain a Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) registration number through NMLS.

Pay and Benefits

Pay Range: Personal Banker I-II: $20.00 to $26.75 per hour

The compensation range represents the base pay for this position in Moscow, l compensation may vary based on location, experience, and performance. This position is eligible for applicable incentive plans.
