Part-Time Property Maintenance​/Janitor

Express Employment Professionals is hiring a dependable, hardworking Part-Time Property Maintenance & Custodial Technician for a property management company in Moscow, Idaho.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in maintaining clean and safe facilities, and can work independently with minimal supervision. Responsibilities include routine building cleaning, indoor playground maintenance, light groundskeeping, and general property upkeep.

• Operate commercial cleaning equipment, including floor scrubbers.

• Clean and sanitize tables, common areas, and frequently touched surfaces.

• Thoroughly clean indoor playground equipment, including climbing inside play structures and tube slides.

• Perform general building cleaning and custodial maintenance.

• Clean interior and exterior windows as needed.

• Assist with outdoor property maintenance, including pulling weeds and seasonal snow removal.

• Drive around the property perimeter to identify and complete maintenance tasks as needed.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for visitors and tenants.

• Valid driver's license required.

• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.

• Ability to work independently and complete assigned tasks efficiently.

• Comfortable using commercial cleaning equipment and basic maintenance tools.

• Willingness to perform both indoor cleaning and outdoor property maintenance.

• Previous custodial, janitorial, groundskeeping, or general property maintenance experience preferred.

• Ability to stand and walk throughout the entire shift.

• Frequent bending, reaching, kneeling, and physical movement.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.

• Must be physically capable of entering, navigating, and cleaning all areas of indoor playground equipment, including enclosed tube slides and elevated play structures.

• Pay: $20.00 per hour

• Start Time: Employee choice of 5:00 AM or 6:00 AM
