Goodwill Industries of the Inland Northwest is seeking a Facility Manager to lead our Moscow team. This position oversees store operations, financial performance, team development, safety and security, and the daily processing of donations that help fund mission services throughout our region.
Responsibilities- Lead and develop a diverse team of employees and supervisors
- Drive sales, production, and operational goals
- Create an outstanding experience for customers, donors, and team members
- Oversee budgeting, loss prevention, and facility management
- Support workforce development and community impact programs
- Help turn donated goods into opportunities for people in our community
We're looking for an experienced leader with retail, production, or operations management experience who is passionate about coaching teams, solving problems, and achieving results.
Full Time/Exempt Wage: $34.34

Qualifications- Associate's degree required (Bachelor's degree preferred)
- 4-5 years of relevant management experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Valid driver's license and personal auto insurance
- Ability to pass a background, credit, and driver record check
