Operations Manager- Development

We are seeking an experienced manager who is passionate about developing people, leading high-performing teams, and driving results in a fast-paced environment.

At Chick-fil-A Moscow, this role is responsible for both leading a team of 50+ team members and actively operating the business day-to-day. You will be expected to develop future leaders while also executing at a high level within the operation.

This is a hands-on leadership role—you will not only coach and develop the team, but also work alongside them in both Front and Back of House to ensure excellence in execution.

• Lead, coach, and develop Team Leaders and Team Members
• Directly oversee and influence a team of 50+ employees
• Drive performance through accountability, coaching, and feedback
• Identify and develop future leaders within the organization
• Support onboarding, training systems, and performance management

• Lead/Oversee daily operations in both Front and Back of House
• Work hands‑on in the operation while coaching in real time
• Ensure strong execution in food safety, quality, and guest experience
• Oversee high‑volume Drive‑Thru performance and shift execution
• Identify operational gaps and implement solutions quickly

• Build a high‑performance, team‑first culture
• Set clear expectations and hold leaders accountable
• Ensure consistency in systems, standards, and execution

• This is a hands‑on role in a fast‑paced restaurant environment
• You will be actively working in the kitchen and operations daily
• Majority of time spent on the floor leading and developing the team
• High level of ownership, accountability, and influence

• Proven management experience required
• Experience leading large teams (30-50+ employees strongly preferred)
• Strong background in coaching, performance management, and team development
• Ability to lead in a high‑expectation, fast‑paced environment
• Open availability, including evenings and weekends
• Serv Safe Certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Safety & Workplace Standards
• Promote a safe, organized, and compliant work environment
• Identify hazards and partner with leadership to resolve issues promptly
• Support safety initiatives and reinforce safe work habits

The Operations Lead helps establish the foundation and reputation of Chick-fil-A Moscow. By protecting food safety, leading high-performing Drive‑Thru operations, and elevating guest experience, this role ensures excellence is not occasional—but habitual from day one.
