The Content Creator captures Tenicor's story at the source. This role plans, produces, and edits the videos, photos, copy, and graphics that turn the real work happening at Tenicor into content the professionally minded user trusts. Speed and consistency matter as much as craft: this is a manufacturing approach to media.

• At the source content production: plan, produce, and edit videos, photos, copy, and graphics
• Work in short cycles and publish with urgency (hustle)
• Understand what works on each platform and tailor content accordingly
• Stay current on industry trends, audience preferences, and emerging tools
• Understand and communicate the Tenicor brand in every piece of content
• Manage day-to-day platform engagement
• Serve as a brand advocate by creating content that reflects Tenicor's standard
• Maintain mastery of the tools of the trade including cameras, editing software, and publishing platforms

• Delivers rapid, on-brand content that meets and exceeds the company's content publishing goals
• Routinely experiments with pace, form, and style to sharpen the brand and increase quantity of content delivered (kaizen)
• Optimizes content based on what performance data shows, not assumption

• Think like a documentarian, not a director; you capture what's real instead of staging it
• Know how to hook a viewer in the first few seconds, build toward a clear payoff, and use a roadmap so nobody drops off before the point lands
• Package content honestly with titles and thumbnails that earn the click, never promising what the video doesn't deliver
• Build loops into your work (e.g, visible before/after, a multi-part series that give viewers a reason to keep watching and return)
• Aim every piece of content to educate, inform, and sometimes entertain, never chasing attention for its own sake
• Have a demonstrated track record of regularly producing content, not just occasional hits
• Bring strong creative thinking and problem solving to every shoot, edit, or draft
• Communicate clearly and collaborate well within a small, fast-moving team
• Adapt quickly when priorities shift or content plans change with the business
• Are competent across multiple forms of media: video, photo, copy, graphics and thumbnails

Additional Information

• Full-time (40 hours/week), on-site at our Moscow,
• Offers of employment at Tenicor are contingent upon clearance of a background check, which includes education and employment verification, a criminal background check, and a motor vehicle report

Salary: $50,000 - $110,000 per year
