• Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, hygiene, dressing, and mobility.
• Provide respectful, compassionate care in patients  homes.
• Observe and report changes in patient condition to the nursing team.
• Follow individualized care plans and safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary team members.

• Active CNA certification (state-licensed).
• Valid driver s license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance.
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently in home settings.

Wage: $19-23 per hour
