Job Description:

Sales & Administration (Clerical & Sales Support)

• Greeting customers and discussing their needs, answering questions related to merchandise, vehicle repairs, and other issues.
• Providing product and service quotes and referring customers to qualified employees as necessary.
• Assisting in store accounting and bookkeeping procedures, including administration of the Les Schwab credit program.
• Assisting with store inventory and picking up merchandise and parts as required.
• Offering excellent customer service, promoting store sales, asking questions to identify customer wants and needs, and referring customers as needed.

• Valid driver’s license.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a rapid‑pace environment.
• Occasional lifting up to 20 pounds; continuous standing and walking.
• On‑the‑job training provided.

Hourly rate: $14.85 – $24.50. For full‑time positions after eligibility criteria are met, benefits include:
