Customer Success Manager

The Customer Success Manager is responsible for building strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving account growth through renewals, upselling, and proactive engagement. This role requires strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills to deliver exceptional customer experiences while collaborating cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced environment.

Major Responsibilities
  • Build loyal customer relationships for assigned accounts or territory using established techniques to engage and interact with customers on a regular cadence.
  • Secure customer rate changes, cross‑upsells and renewals as appropriate for both the client and the company, uncover needs, offer appropriate solutions, negotiate price, document and close sales/renewals.
  • Establish client‑specific goals, coordinate successful onboarding, and measure account health according to established targets.
  • Engage all kinds of prospects or existing clients regularly to learn about their challenges and identify ways to help them.
  • Initiate, establish and relentlessly pursue tasks using solid organizational skills.
  • Maintain a high level of activity, manage multiple competing priorities, and work effectively in a highly competitive results‑driven culture.
  • Continuously learn and collaborate to create and sustain win‑win outcomes for clients and the company.
  • Adapt positively to change in a highly dynamic work environment.
Education & Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in account management, customer success, sales, or a related role.
  • Experience with sales prospecting, account management, and sales processes.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
  • A continuous learner focused on developing win‑win outcomes for clients and the company.
