Do you have a passion for helping people see the world more clearly, while working in a fun and rewarding environment? As an Optician, you’ll play a key role in delivering top‑off patient care, guiding them toward the perfect eyewear to fit their needs, lifestyle, and style preferences.
What You’ll Do:
- Review prescriptions and work closely with patients to choose the ideal eyewear for both medical needs and aesthetic preferences
- Provide honest and thoughtful guidance on frame choices, ensuring patients leave satisfied with their vision and style
- Achieve sales goals while delivering outstanding customer service and meeting individual patient needs
- Manage and maintain eyewear inventory to ensure a great selection of frames and lenses
- Perform adjustments and repairs on eyewear, offering personalized service that makes a lasting impression
- Collaborate with physicians to address prescription questions and provide clarity on eye‑related concerns
What We’re Looking For:
- 1-3 years of experience working in the eyecare industry
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills to thrive in a fast‑paced environment
- Coachable attitude—ready to learn and grow in the optical field
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet changing patient needs and office demands
- Professional phone etiquette and a warm, approachable demeanor
