Gropp Heating, Air & Electric is hiring for HVAC Installers. Servicing the Moscow and Pullman area for over 30 years, we’re looking for you to join our team!

Position Type:

• Install HVAC equipment into residential customer homes
• Troubleshoot equipment installation, start-up, operation and other issues
• Install flex and sheet metal duct systems in residential buildings
• Ensure functionality of thermostats to control HVAC system is operational
• Load all necessary materials and equipment required for each job into company vehicle
• Follow all safety and training per company policy and procedure
• Ensure that company vehicle is maintained and in operating order
• Participate and attend all required employee meetings and trainings
• Other duties as assigned

• Desire to learn the HVAC trade and become a journeyman
• Ability to measure ductwork and install all equipment and accessories
• Must be able to lift 100lbs
• Comfortable working from ladders that are 28’ and possibly higher
• Excellent customer service skills
• Comfortable working outdoor in the elements
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must have valid driver license and insurable driving record

Full-time, Monday through Thursday, 7:30am to 4:00pm;
Friday, 7:00am to 3:30pm. Possible weekend overtime, must be flexible to customer needs and length of job.
