Senior General Contracting & Handyman Technician

Full-Time | Residential & Commercial Construction

Simler Solutions is looking for a skilled Senior General Contracting & Handyman Technician to join our growing team serving the Moscow, Pullman, Lewiston, and Clarkston areas.

We are seeking an experienced, dependable technician who takes pride in quality craftsmanship, communicates professionally, and can work independently while helping support and teach other team members.

This is a physically active, hands‑on field role — not an office‑based project manager or estimator position.

• Complete residential and commercial construction, repair, and remodel projects
• Perform carpentry, trim work, drywall repair, painting, door/window installation, and general repairs
• Read and execute work scopes accurately
• Troubleshoot job‑site challenges and implement solutions independently
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites
• Communicate professionally with clients and the office team
• Support and mentor less experienced technicians when needed

• 3+ years of residential and/or commercial construction experience
• Strong carpentry and general repair skills
• Ability to work independently on most jobs
• Comfortable working on two‑story buildings, ladders, and elevated work areas
• Ability to safely perform physical labor throughout the workday
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• $25–$34/hr DOE
