- Help install ductwork, refrigerant lines, and other HVAC components
- Assist lead installers with daily work and jobsite preparation
- Safely use tools and equipment under the direction of experienced team members
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
- Follow company safety procedures and jobsite requirements
- Work cooperatively with installers, technicians, supervisors, and customers
- Communicate professionally and contribute to a positive customer experience
- Take direction, ask questions, and actively learn new HVAC skills
- At least 1 year of sheet metal experience in HVAC
- HVAC trade school completion certificate is preferred
- Previous construction, mechanical, or skilled-trade experience is a plus
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Strong communication skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Dependable, punctual, and committed to quality workmanship
- Ability to follow instructions and maintain a strong focus on safety
