• Help install ductwork, refrigerant lines, and other HVAC components
• Assist lead installers with daily work and jobsite preparation
• Safely use tools and equipment under the direction of experienced team members
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
• Follow company safety procedures and jobsite requirements
• Work cooperatively with installers, technicians, supervisors, and customers
• Communicate professionally and contribute to a positive customer experience
• Take direction, ask questions, and actively learn new HVAC skills

• At least 1 year of sheet metal experience in HVAC
• HVAC trade school completion certificate is preferred
• Previous construction, mechanical, or skilled-trade experience is a plus
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Strong communication skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Ability to follow instructions and maintain a strong focus on safety
