We work with artists, galleries, estates and agents to connect them with a global network of licensees and businesses.

• Collaborate with Engineers across our global offices, leveraging your expertise to build scalable front-end applications.
• Work closely with Product Owners, Designers, Operations, and Test Engineers throughout the software lifecycle to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Mentor junior engineers, conduct PR reviews, and provide constructive feedback to enhance the team's technical capabilities.
• Lead the successful deployment of code changes from development to production, ensuring reliability and efficiency.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for our infrastructure, codebase, and development processes.
• Write robust, reusable code using React.
  
  JS, Redux, Hooks, and other relevant technologies to maintain Seminal's high availability services.

• 5+ years of industry experience as a React Js developer, with a track record of building frontend applications at scale.
• Demonstrated ability to engineer software systems of medium-to-large scope and complexity.
• You strive to write code that lasts for years, not months.
• Proficiency in React.
  
  JS, Redux, Hooks, State Management, NPM, Yarn, and both synchronous and asynchronous programming.
• Strong familiarity with associated tooling such as babel and webpack.
• Experience in Agile software development methodologies, ensuring code quality and project delivery within timelines.
• Proven experience mentoring junior engineers, fostering their growth and development.
• Expertise in Test Driven Development (TDD) and building unit-test cases using Jest or React-Testing-Library.
• Extensive usage of Git for version control and issue tracking, with a habit of writing comprehensive documentation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a global team environment.
• Leadership experience and a proactive approach to problem-solving in both individual and team settings.
• Willingness to conduct independent research and adapt to new technologies as needed.

• Experience integrating third-party APIs and knowledge of blockchain technology.
• Familiarity with Next Js for building server-side rendered applications.
