Warehouse Associate

Location: Mt Cobb, PA (Automated Lifestyles)
Reporting To: Donna, Warehouse Ops Supervisor
Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 / hour
DescriptionYou Are:
- A trustworthy individual. Someone who enjoys keeping things organized, takes pride in doing things the right way, and understands that behind every successful installation is a well-prepared warehouse.
- An interest in working at a will-call style warehouse, managing inbound deliveries and staging outbound pick-ups (technicians & RMA's). A clean driving history (for local deliveries). A steady work history (3yrs between hops), a pleasant disposition, Hiqh EQ.
Location:
- In-Person (Not Remote or Hybrid)

Schedule:
- Hours Per Week: 20 Hours Per Week
- Days Per Week:
Mon-Thurs 7:00am-12pm OR 12:00pm-

Inventory Management:
- Shipping & Receiving:
Prepare and receive shipments - Inventory:
Organize and store in designated locations - Inventory Audits: ensure accurate stock levels in the warehouse and fleet vehicles
- Warehouse Software:
Update inventory records & track product movement - Vendor RMA’s:
Create & Process
- Products:
Pick, pack, and accurately prepare kits for on-time pick-up - Deliver to Field:
Products, kits, or supplies (when necessary)
- Accurate Records: inventory transactions (receipts, shipments, and stock movement)
- Reporting:
Inventory levels, order fulfillment, and warehouse performance.
- Able to safely lift and move televisions, speakers, boxes, and equipment weighing 50+ pounds
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record
- Comfortable using computers, spreadsheets, and basic office software
- Able to work independently while supporting the installation team
- Hourly: $18-$20/hr + Overtime
