Field​/Office Assistant

We are seeking a dependable Field/Office Assistant to support both outdoor field operations and office tasks. This role includes sample collection, monitoring, and logistics in the field, along with administrative duties such as data entry, document preparation, and file organization. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, self‑motivated, and comfortable working independently in both environments.

• Assist with field sampling, monitoring, and transporting samples
• Support field logistics and operational tasks
• Perform outdoor work in varying weather conditions
• Print and organize documentation and sample tags
• Maintain and update Excel spreadsheets
• File and organize records
• Assist with general administrative tasks and maintain a clean workspace

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Teams
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors
• Ability to work independently after direction
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check

Preferred:
Experience pulling a trailer is a plus.

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Job is located near Ephrata, WA.)
